I'm a wedding videographer based near Norwich and I create cinematic wedding films throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and the UK.

I'm an adventurous person who finds joy in both life's big moments and it's smallest details. Whether it's traveling to new destinations or diving into fresh experiences, exploring is what fuels me. Becoming a dad to two beautiful girls has given me a renewed sense of purpose and inspiration.

Creating brings me happiness, whether through my work or in everyday life. While I’m a quiet person at heart, my passion for discovery and creativity speaks volumes.

So if you're looking for a videographer in Norfolk, Suffolk or anywhere then I'm your guy. (I hope!)

hi, i'm michael.

MY CINEMATIC FILM STYLE

Maybe the term cinematic is overused but I think it's fair to say that's the style I go for… but I’m not there to turn your day into some overly staged production.

My approach has always been simple: I let the day happen, I stay out of the way and I capture everything as it naturally unfolds. No awkward posing, no forced moments. Just real people, real energy and all those little in-between bits that you don’t even realise are happening at the time.

The cinematic part comes later.

It’s in the way your story is put together. The pacing, the sound and the atmosphere. The way your vows or speeches sit over a quiet moment. The way your mates absolutely lose it on the dance floor. The way it feels when you watch it back years from now.

Because for me, it’s never just about making something that looks good, it’s about making something that feels like your day. Warm, honest, a little bit chaotic and completely yours.

I focus a lot on audio too (probably more than most). Voices, reactions and the random bits of chat you’d otherwise forget. That’s the stuff that turns a nice video into something that actually takes you back. Not just what it looked like… but what it sounded like and what it felt like to be there.

So yeah.... cinematic, but not in a “stand here and do that again” kind of way.

More like…
a film about your day, exactly as it happened.
